Warranty & Return Policy
Warranty Period:
- Warranty period coverage varies per brand.
- Warranty starts from your original purchase date (the date your order was delivered).
- Warranty after replacement:
- Warranty coverage is based on your original purchase date (delivered date). Even after replacement, we will follow the remaining duration of the original purchase date.
Warranty will be void if:
- Product defect is caused due to accidents, transit damage, mishandling and improper use.
- Product is tampered, repaired, modified or repair by unauthorized service center.
- Product's serial number has been removed, altered or defaced.
- Model name and serial number on the warranty card does not match the product, or if they are altered, removed or mutilated.
Return & Exchange Policy:
- Replacement of unit due to "change of mind" is not allowed.
- 'Change of mind' includes the ff:
- Purchases you have made an error.
- Purchases that are not compatible or don't want.
- Shipping and other handling charges are non-refundable.
- If your order includes ‘free’ items, you must return all associated items to receive full refund. The retail value of the free items and shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
- For items past warranty period:
- Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.
- Customer shoulders return shipping fee.
Nonreturnable Items
- Opened consumable items. (batteries, ink cartridges, film, papers, etc.)
- Select special-order items.
- Underwater equipment that has been submerged.
Defective or Damaged Items
Defective items may be repaired, exchanged or refunded at our discretion for the same model or manufacturer's equivalent model.
IMPORTANT NOTES for Eligibility:
- A receipt must be shown as proof of purchase to avail warranty.
- Defective items may be exchanged at our discretion for the same model or manufacturer's equivalent model.
- F8 Photo reserves the right to refuse the return and exchange.
- F8 Photo and our partner Authorized Service Centers reserve the right to judge and reject claims as per the above conditions.
